During our private pizza class by a professional Pizzaiolo, you will learn how to make pizza and learn the secrets to prepare a delicious dinner. The pizza class is held in a restaurant in center of Rome and guests will tell to the master what kind of pizza make. During this fun experience you will learn more about typical dishes of each area of Italy.

• You will receive info on pizza processing cycle.
• The Pizzaiolo will teach you on how to make hand made pizza starting from water and wheat and how to cook it.
• You will be trained in preparing main tomato sauces for pizza.
