Description

During our private pasta class by a professional Italian chef, you will learn how to make main pasta based dishes and learn the secrets to prepare a delicious dinner. The pasta class is held in a restaurant in center of Rome and guests will tall to the chef on what kind of pasta or pizza make. During this fun experience you will learn more about typical dishes of each area of Italy.

• You will receive info on pasta processing cycle.
• The Chef will teach you on how to make hand made pasta starting from water and durum wheat and how to cook it.
• You will be trained in preparing main tomato sauces for pasta.
• You will cook 2-3 different kind of pasta and taste with sauce.

Meeting Point Pasta making class takes place in a restaurant close to The Colosseum. Included Professional Chef, A bottle of mineral water, pasta and pizza cooked. Availability From Monday to Friday.
