Tarallucci with fennel seeds are Italian snack foods formed into rings about 5-10 cm in circumference, similar in texture to a breadstick, very common all over the southern Italy. They are briefly boiled before being baked, which gives them a very interesting texture.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast, Fennel Seeds (1%).
Notes: Produced in a factory that uses eggs, milk and sulphites.
Contains gluten.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
