Tarallini are dry biscuits, formed into rings about 5-10 cm in circumference, similar in texture to a biscuit, They are covered by icing sugar for a very interesting texture.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Eggs (22%), Sugar (13%), Extra virgin olive oil and Ammonium bicarbonate.
Icing: Sugar (70%), White powder and Water.
Notes: Manufactured in a factory that uses milk and sulphites.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
Tarallini with Icing Sugar Tasting Notes
Tarallini are similar in texture to Tarallucci, but the icing makes them very sweet on the surface. Ideal to serve with espresso, coffee, fresh juice.
