Cannonau is a fruity red wine with intense colors, rich in strawberry and raspberry aromas and aromas layered with delicate floral and spicy notes of white pepper. It is full-bodied with a high alcohol content, soft acidity and gentle tannins. Cannonau wine is rich in anti-inflammatories and antioxidants, three times the amount of any other red wine for an even more potent health benefit. In fact, antioxidants are essential for keeping your cardiovascular system in good condition.

Cannonau is the main red grape of Sardinia. Cannonau is grown all over the island and many believe it to be the same grape as Grenache. Cannonau is a late ripening grape, suitable for hot and dry conditions, characterized by a medium – high alcohol content.
