Description

Cantuccini are dry almond biscuits, obtained by cutting the loaf of hot dough, after cooking into slices.
The cantuccini have a golden upper surface with an internal structure characterized by a high presence of whole shelled (neither toasted nor peeled) almonds. The length is 8 – 10 centimeters.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Almonds (45%), Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Bicarbonate ammonium, Vanillin.
Notes: Manufactured in a factory that uses soy.
Contains gluten.
Shelf life: 3 months from the date of production.

Cantuccini with Almonds Tasting Notes
Cantuccini are similar in texture to a biscuit with almonds. In Italy they are usually tasted by soaking them in a liqueur wine, called Vin Santo, produced through the dried grapes. Ideal also to serve with espresso, coffee, cappuccino, milk.
