Red onion 50%, dried black chickpeas 35%, extra virgin olive oil, tomatos, sea salt. All raw ingredients are cultivated in South Italy in a bio farm.
Produced by Anna Iannone Farm, established in 1996, the farm is mainly engaged in the production of fruit and vegetables as Acquaviva Red Onion and other Slow Food local products. In November 2013, thanks to the great sensitivity shown for the protection and conservation of the natural environment and biodiversity, it obtained the national award “Green Flag in Agriculture”.
